The Molar Mindset is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to the health and wellbeing of Dental Nurses and their colleagues and patients. It strives to educate a Dental Nurse in every UK practice to serve as their establishment's health and wellbeing Champion.
Dental Nurse Champions are eligible to complete our online NCFE Level 2 Mental Health Awareness Course. This course empowers Dental Nurses to create an extensive list of Health and Wellbeing resources within their locality. It equips them to offer support and guidance to both colleagues and patients.
After completing the course, Dental Nurses and their practices will continue to receive ongoing support from our Molar Mindset Ambassadors. Additionally, the practice will be awarded a Molar Mindset approved certificate, signifying their commitment to Health and Well-being, endorsed by The Molar Mindset.
Our goal is to establish a Molar Mindset Dental Nurse Champions in every dental practice across the UK and Ireland.
Prioritising the health and wellbeing of Dental Nurses, the Mindset initiative offers a confidential and secure environment for Dental Nurses to converse and seek support.
